WIESGR (Wisconsin Employers Support of the Guard and Reserve) - We are an adjunct of the Department of Defense.  We provide information, education, and when necessary, informal mediation, for employers of Guard and Reserve members.  Our mission is to gain and maintain active support from all public and private employers for the men and women of the National Guard and Reserve.  Concurrently, successful mediation efforts by ESGR of Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) complaints have led to a decreasing percentage of complaints being referred to the Department of Labor.

The task for ESGR is to work through a nationwide network of volunteers and full-time support staff to inform and educate hundreds of thousands of employers regarding legal regulations and best practices, and to develop and maintain relationships with employers.
