Bob Kolbeck established Riverbend Builders in the spring of 2004.  With varied back grounds the two set out to create a company different from others in the area.  Their main theme is, “Anyone can build a house, but only you can make it a home.”  They try to make that possible in every project they handle. 

Bob has been around building most of his life in some variation. He owned an excavating company for many years and started residential construction in 1998.  His life long passion has been wood working and he is a very talented craftsman.  That craftsmanship carries over into every house he builds, in the form of custom hand railings, beams, mantels, coat racks, shelving, cabinetry, and special requests from each customer.  Bob has a special talent for visualizing the project from start to finish.  He is always finding ways to improve every plan, which customizes each house to the customers needs.
